"The best place to grocery shop. Great selection of unique products at reasonable prices. They have great produce with organic options, good flower section, large wine selection. Plenty of unique finds. Also every Trader Joe’s has friendly and Knowles staff- it’s quite impressive. Bring a reusable bag to be entered in their monthly raffle!"

"Having lived on both the East and West Coast I've had the fortune of living near a Trader Joe's location for 22 years. Moving to Miami 2 years ago I'm happy to say that continues. For over 2 decades I've enjoyed not just what the store carries ( though the produce dept could still use a bit more love) but the joyous and friendly staff. Whatever it is that you all bring to your team....please put it out to the rest of the groceries industry. Hell....put it out to all customer service industries. It is the only place I know I'll leave happier than when I came in. Turns out that is just as important as what's in stock on the shelves. I'm a fan for life!"

"$$$ prices have gone up substantially since it opened. I first started going to Trader Joe’s when I lived in NJ and shopping there was a beautiful experience. I loved the vibe and the incredible professionalism of its employees. This one is a different story. Some staff members have shown disappointing levels of professionalism. At checkout they’d be 2 people at registers and have been so involved in their personal conversations that I felt I was invisible. This has happened several times. Their attitudes have been quite immature as the giggle and act self-involved. I also once went to the customer service desk and the person there didn’t even look at me, they were monotone and unfriendly. I felt like an intrusion. When it first opened it was like a little piece of heaven in my neighborhood however recently it’s very crowded and lacking stock. If you go in the morning tho like I do on Friday morning, it appears to be fully te-stocked. I’m glad they decided to play their usual grocery store music channel and got rid of the Latin and reggaetón. Other than this there is parking on the 2nd level you have to go behind the building to enter. There is an elevator and handicapped access and parking. Parking on the street is nearly impossible. The food quality gets 5 stars, the cleanliness 5 stars, but the service has gone down and that’s why I give 3 stars."
