She responded with “We don’t have a speaker system so you’re ganna have to figure it out” with the most unpleasant attitude. It shows that your store does not care about the groceries that you just sold your customers spoiling in the car while I frantically look on my own for keys that were lost in your shopping carts. I just asked for assistance and I was repeatedly given attitude from this Katie while she continued to check out customers and not help me. This is the face of your company. I hope you figure out how to hire people who know how to work in customer service. I’m a single mom just trying to get groceries for my child."

"This particular location is always clean. Well lit stock with fresh produce. Great prices and lots of organic options. I always end up buying more than I need, especially on the non produce section of aldi. The one issue I have is that sometimes the lines get long because they have one cashier working. But the line moved fairly quickly."
