"I have shopped at many Publix, and this store has employees with nasty attitudes. They won't acknowledge you when you walk past them and not ask if you need some assistance. I don't blame the employees as much as I do the leadership of this store, which should do a better job of training and bringing employees morale up. If not for the staff, I would have given 4 stars. Don't lose customers over bad service."

"Worst costumer service in town, inept management, and lazy staff. There were only 3 customers ahead of me, but I waited at the deli counter for over 25 minutes for a sandwich at 7:30pm. It was almost comical to watch as one employee worked in slow motion while the rest of the deli staff stumbled around like zombies. When I asked to speak to a member of management, Stanley, the on duty assistant manager didn’t seem to care if I waited all night. In fact, when I asked, “do you feel it’s ok for customers to wait that long for a simple sub?”, he refused to answer- albeit he did apologize, he would not answer the question despite me asking three times. Instead, he indicated that he would not be “interrogated”. In fairness, I admit that he offered to give me the sandwich at no charge. However, I declined that offer and explained that I simply wanted a reasonable level of service and a well managed store. I paid for my order and let him know that I’ll not shop there again. I’ll note that the customer behind me in the line behind me acknowledged that there was an issue, but nothing was done to correct it. I also pointed out the problem with the photo I’ve included. Good luck expressing your concerns to the mystery management team…. Or even finding them. Even the store staff doesn’t know the name of the store manager. I know that because I asked the employee that was tending to the self-check out lines. Her response, “uhm, I don’t know”. Absurd prices and worst service in town - I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere."

"I have to give this store its props. Everytime I come here Lynn is always the most patient,sweetest,and kindest worker ever.Shes never rude.Im currently battling cancer and she helped me pay for my food at The other store and everything else she does is just wow,Thank you guys,I’m glad to have found her again."

"Visited today to have 1st dose of Covid-19 vaccine. Very short wait I must say so that is a plus. Appointment was at 5pm shot at 5:05 pm and then a 15 minute wait just to make sure of no immediate adverse effect. The store is very clean and well kept. Pharmacy staff was very nice. We stopped first of course to sign in with ilka. Then the pharmacist staffer gave me the vaccine in my left arm and she was very polite and professional. I have another shot due in 28 days so hopefully it runs as smoothly as this one."
