"The sign that's on the outside of the building states that it is a public park with time of operation but when you get there they're telling you that they're running another business on the premises and we're not allowed in my grandchildren live across the street from this park it's locally and easily for my old bones to get across the street and just do that but it didn't happen that way we were told to leave then we went to Bellefonte Park located 10th Avenue Northwest 62nd Street across from the police department"
"This is a public park but it's not open to the public tell 6pm which the park close at 8 pm or sooner. The center is doing foul things to the people of the neighborhood even to the point of rejecting people away for there personal use of the facility. Do not I repeat do not go to this park until Saturday or Sunday when no one's at the center to reject you away.......this is unacceptable to the kids of the community"
