"Worse store ever never any cashiers! They expect you to ring yourself up! Employees walking around store like it’s Americas Next top model…. Kevin is always helpful and patient there was one cashier working at 12pm I didn’t catch his name but he was an African American small lil fro I want to say thank you sir! As much as you were left with no help line backed up groceries piling up, you kept on working not one attitude was given! This use to be my favorite everyday go to store, lately I’ve been setting for Publix paying the extra few dollars why bc they always have cashiers and it’s always someone to help you!!!! Winndixie your customer service has dissolved, workers aren’t working! Poor elderly ppl struggling in self check out bc no cashiers lord today was my last straw seeing this foolishness! If your employees don’t want to work then stay home!!!!!!"

"I have been a customer at this location for 20 years and I am very reluctant to go to this store anymore. I still live in Lantana but I will go to Publix and Costco before I come here anymore. The major reason is the large self check out section. It is ridiculous. I have a cart full of groceries and you do not have not even one cashier lane open! No thanks!! Bring cashiers back!! I am not working for Winn Dixie!!"

"It was 7pm on a Wednesday and there were no cashiers working. Everyone had to use self-checkout. Soooo to save money on cashiers, Winn-Dixie wants me to work for them, for free, before I can eat. I'm not supporting dystopian business practices."
