I have always gone there for my shots bypassing three other Walgreens stores because I was loyal to this store. At 9:10 this morning, stopping by to get my flu shot, the only customer in the store, the pharmacist with the blue hair, told me I needed to make an appointment. Not at that store. Hello Publix. "Cashier 8:43 am 7/30/2019 cut up my sealed box for a mfg instant coupon on the box. There was no need to do this. I have worked with GS1 coupons. The cashier the previous day did not cut up the box. There's no need to mutilate a customers purchased item and violate the sterilization so you can put an instant coupon in the drawer. I asked why she would do this as point of sale machines do not need instant coupons in the drawer. She said because I dont want my drawer short. Dear Walgreens how do you handle digital coupons? Do you need to put the consumers phone in your drawer too. Please send this cashier back to retraining and let her know there is no need to cut into a box of sterilized medicine to obtain a coupon. Thanks in advance. I won't be using this location for purchases or prescriptions. And I'm selling my stock."
