"Went to pick up Rx and was told not available when I was previously told to pick up at a certain time. Told medication not available. Pharmacist and assistant very unapproachable."

"I set up an appointment to get a couple of shots here yesterday evening. Showed up and discovered that I set up the appointment at the wrong CVS store. It was not at the store I was presently at. 100% my fault. The Pharmacy Tech- "Treasure" was very understanding and helpful. She stated that she could fit me in, so I wouldn't have to rush to the other store. And she dud get me taken care of, including giving me the shots. No problems with the shots. Thanks for taking care of me Treasure, I appreciate it."

"This is my GO TO CVS pharmacy. There are 2-3 closer to me but this is the one with the best service every time."

"The pharmacy manager Cris is extremely rude and unprofessional. Telling the staff there is always a problem guy waving big stick at the pharmacy reminding a sick customerthat He is the manager instead of helping..huh... Apparently they have a 2 star rating because of him being the manager. Reminding a sick customer you are the manager ..does not help . Telling the rest of the staff a customer always have an issue ..is a case for a lawsuit.. Thus guy is super rude and inconsiderate..not to mention unprofessional."

"I will absolutely never go back into this location come and it makes me want to avoid CVS all together. First of all, the manager would not honor the price displayed on the shelf's yellow sale ticket even though it was the same product - seems like they forgot to take it off;. That's not my fault. Secondly, they did not have any humans at the cash register, just too confusing machines. That's not personable nor is it customer service in general."
