Publix Super Market at Westlake Plaza

"I like going to this Publix. It’s fast and convenient to my home in Westlake. The store is always very clean, items are always neatly organized in the produce section and up and down the isles. I like the bakery even though it is a little small. My favorite part of the store is the Deli and Hot Food Section. When I go here, I especially appreciate being greeted with a smile and genuine “hello, what can I do for you today?” During my last visit, this nice lady was very pleasant and I appreciated her smile and genuiness. Even though she was out of one of the sides I wanted, she said she’d go and get more for me. In my Miami Beach store, the girl would have just said, this is all we have. So, I appreciate this nice lady in the picture. I told her it was not necessary and then she recommend another side I had never tried before - and I loved it! I also like that she had a dedicated focus and amount of time spent on each customer before me, as though they were all that mattered, just as she did for me when it was my turn. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I hope the Manager at this store in Westlake on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road acknowledges and appreciates her service to employees as much as I do. Thank you again!"

"I love the spaciousness and the good lighting in this new Publix, in addition to the upstairs cafeteria area, where shoppers can have their lunch or snacks after making purchases. I find this new Publix to be a 'pleasant' shopping experience!"

"Excellent store !! Has the two story publix lounge and chill area upstairs . Just wish they had creme brulee and turkey cranberry subs . But they do have a sushi bar , sub shop and the place is very modern plus a convenient location in lox / westlake area !"
