"Solid as far as 7-Elevens are concerned. Staff was surprisingly friendly and they were fully stocked with anything I needed or could have wanted with respect to convenience store items."
"You can't offer convenience and when I go to put money on my cash app they can't do it because they have no manager on duty. Either make provisions or start wasting people time."
"This is kind of a nasty little store. Period. I only stop here because I work next door and get off work after everything else is closed. There is one great guy that works nights... Older gentleman with a santa type beard... He's awesome and HE is a reason to stop in."
"Recently visited the 7-Eleven while the general manager and several investors were at the store. The customer service associate that’s usually there in the evenings a Caucasian female with glasses and a ponytail was at the counter. However today she was more attentive to eavesdropping on what her general manager and the investors were talking about rather than being attentive at her job. I went in to get two energy drinks and $10 worth of gas. The transaction was decline because of $.50 cents.(I said no problem I’ll come back I exit the store check my account and it’s empty that’s was the only money I had until my deposit hits my account)I don’t know what this lady did but it cleared out my bank account now I have to wait 72 hours for $17 thank you I will never be returning to the 7-Eleven location again. To the general manager Teach your employees to be more attentive to their jobs and not to eavesdrop. It could help you out business wise."
"Last week I purchased 4 nestle iced teas that were discounted but got home and realized they were expired. Luckily I had my receipt. I returned to the store last night with receipt and the old teas to get refund and the male cashier initially refused, stating “I needed to come back the next day between 9-2 when the manager was there”. I didn’t understand why a manager needed to be present for a $2 refund especially since I had the receipt, proof of expiration date on drinks, and the same cashier who sold me the drinks was the same guy who I was dealing with. He even said “well I didn’t know they were old” after I questioned them selling expired products. He was rude, almost refusing my refund. After about 10 minutes of him angrily trying not to refund a mere 2 bucks and me explaining that I could not come between the hours of 9-2 as I work as well, he then proceeded to SNATCH the receipt out of my left hand, SNATCH the bag of teas from my right hand, grab two bucks from his register and slam it on the counter. I simply took the money and left. Never had I been treated with such disrespect, especially as a consumer who actually frequents that location often, to return product that expired. I have already contacted customer relations and I will be following up with his manager. I hope this transaction was on camera so the store manager, owner, and corporate offices can witness the poor, unnecessary customer service I experienced!"
