"I am very disappointed of my experience at Allstar Barber Lounge. A few weekends ago I needed an emergency haircut. I was looking for a barber shop but it was on a Saturday afternoon around 4:50PM which happened to be a game weekend for Florida vs. Georgia. I understand that someone would never wish to be a stuck at work on a Saturday afternoon during a game weekend but it was a hour before the barbershop closed at 6:00 PM because that is what it showed on their google page. Look! one hour is more than enough time for a haircut. Long story short! I when in there I asked “Do you have time to do one more haircut?” One barber inside the shop that was already cutting someone else’s hair told me “yeah “ that the other barber is outside he will take me. I sat down for a few minutes and then decided to approach the barber that was outside sitting in his car. I went outside and I asked him the same question when I step in the barbershop so he answered no that he is not cutting anymore hair for that afternoon. I said okay nicely and walk back to my vehicle. Do you know what is bordering me! In a situation like that the barber shop doors were not closed if you saw me walking in the shop but you done working for the day. It would be ok to come inside or call inside the shop and let somebody know that you are not taking no more job. In conclusion, I end up with no haircut and the next morning I had to go to Sunday service just like that. What is phenomenal experience!"
