"Absolutely ridiculous!! They don’t care if it’s someone’s birthday , someone in the hospital or NOTHING! I can and purchased 4 balloons and was told I had to wait 45 mins for the balloons to be blown up! When I asked why, the young man told me because there was a big order and not a lot of workers… at that time it was only one young lady blowing up balloons. I asked to speak to the manager and she was NON ACCOMMODATING as well! She stated she was going to start helping the girl with the order but common sense would be one person work on the big order and the other one work on the in store orders instead of having customers waiting around for balloons! The manager Priscilla is too busy laughing and playing instead of actually blowing up balloons faster! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!"

"I want to say thank you for going above and beyond! We purchased a pack of mylar balloons for our daughter’s 16th Birthday. When they were delivered by the store, one had a hole. I contacted the store and they immediately said they would get someone to deliver a replacement. I was anticipating just the one balloon but they brought an entire mylar bouquet instead. Thank you Party City staff for your kindness and effort to fix the situation. I will definitely purchase from you again in the future!"
