I usually get my haircuts with Jose, I have also dealt with Javier and I haven't been disappointed once. The owner Jesus has always been welcoming and friendly. If you come in early enough you may get yourself some Colada! For any newcomers, I'd recommend calling in ahead of time to secure a spot incase the staff is booked on appointments.
