"Melissa the ASM is a true example of the type of person that should not work with the general public. I asked the the cashier that was ringing me up. If she could give me change for $2.00 in quarters. She asked Melissa and she went on a rant of why she (Melissa) was choosing not to provide me with quarters. I paid the other order I had with cash and she kept going on a rant. When I was walking out the store she told me if I wanted change to go to a bank. Then I brought my items back and asked her to just give me back my money. She again ranted away that she would be more than happy to give me back my money. (I know she not sure how a business runs and has no care of making Family Dollar loose more money). It would be really nice to train employees a lot better. If this is how Family Dollar functions it should really stay out of this community. Presidente Supermarket was more than happy to take my business."

"Everytime i come, the employees are always so nice. I also want to thank Caroline for being so kind to help me get to the bottom of some missing batteries i thought i had purchased. She was so nice!!"

"This store is literally the worst family dollar in Orlando. Went in there today to purchase some items after the gym and my toddler needed to pee so she went to the register to ask where the restroom is. The lady at the register didnt acknowledged my daughter so I went up and asked her the same question and she said no and just kept on with her life. How is that even legal for an establishment as large as Family Dollar to not have a restroom for their customers to use ?! I walked out and went to Presidente Supermarket and was able to have my kid use the restroom and got all my items, over $70 later but would rather pay them and not an establishment that doesn’t care for their employees. Imagine if I was a bad person and decided to just continue shopping at family dollar and have my child pee all over the store. Ridiculous!!! Do better."

"This location does not check products for expiration purchased hostess Zingers and they were 2 days after the best by date. When I had open the box up the pastries looks damp like they have been sitting out for a while or the temperature in the store affected the product. Kinda looks like something sitting in oil for too long the oil is soaked in the pastry."
