"Had an appointment at 4:30, I called at 3:40 because I had a medical event (dizziness requiring me to go to urgent care). I was well aware about the 50% charge if calling an hour before appt. I explained the situation to the lady (I have been a customer there for 9 years). She forgot to put me on hold as she went to speak with someone about making an exception. All I heard was another employee in the back laughing or mocking a “medical emergency”. She then came back on the phone saying there was nothing they can do. Some good people work here (I always enjoyed going here). But some of the others, including the lady at the counter who answers the phone are just degenerates. Respect to customers doesn’t apply to many of the people working here."
