"Today, I placed an order at BJ's for pickup. When I arrived to collect it, the app indicated no pending orders. I had to get out of the car in the rain to pick up my order. Upon entering, a very friendly employee assisted me with my order, but I would have preferred to pick it up in the curbside area. I appreciate BJ's for its coupons, as they are easy to use, and they offer a wide variety of items at excellent prices."

"This location is the worst I have ever been to. I often do pick up and if I don’t want to wait almost 20 minutes for my items, I have to be there first thing in the morning. This last pick up experience I had was terrible! I waited about 15 minutes and when the tenant came out with my stuff, he serviced two other vehicles that came after me. Then, he arrives to my car and said sorry and explained he just got back from break and noticed all pick up spots were full. Meanwhile, part of my order included eggs and I didn’t want them baking in the sun. Every employee I have interacted with has always been super nice. However, management needs to get a hang of scheduling and step up their drive-up game. Unfortunately, I went there on the weekend one time and the line was around the store and barely moving as if there was a hurricane! It looked like no one showed up to work that day. It appears ample staffing seems to be the issue. There’s also no gas station at this location… Vent session over!"

"Good prices overall. Friendly people. Sometimes you don't need to buy big quantity for some items. Limited choice compared to other membership clubs. Easy parking."
