"Winn-Dixie deserves only one star because of their poor use of doordash for delivery and shopping. The shopper who delivered my order did not speak English, did not follow instructions, and delivered the wrong food. I now have to go through Winn-Dixie Door Dash to get a credit for the shopper's mistakes. I strongly advise against ordering delivery through them. It is better to go to the store instead of ordering directly through the site."

"I love this Winn-Dixie for a variety of reasons, but I wanted to mention a specific experience: I inquired about a custom cookie cake for my daughter's birthday, and Glenda in the bakery designed FIVE of them that same day! I was only charged $54 for all five -- compare that to Publix -- and she stored them until I was ready to pick them up. That's customer service! The cakes were a huge hit at the party, too."
"I enjoy going here for the bogos and seafood. The only thing that concerns me is how dark the deli is I don't see how they can possibly see it's so dark in there .When I'm happy with the place I give the highest ratings! Better lighting in the deli is needed badly! I want to be able to see because I like to check for cleanliness myself"
