"I have a 3 yo son that I have taken several times to this Barber Shop, and as soon as I walk in this young guy automatically says if he’s difficult I don’t want him. First off, that is NOT how you talk to a client. Secondly I was NOT going to YOU to begin with. The professionalism from this particular individual ruins it for the remaining barbers who are great and patient. After experiencing the same thing every time he sees a child, I have chosen not to go into this Barber Shop anymore. If someone cannot be professional they should be fired, this is a place of business. AND lastly my son is a healthy 3 yo but if this was another child with a disability that behavior would have been even more offensive. UNACCEPTABLE!"
