"It is at your own risk to book this trip December to May….the weather is super sketchy and you may end up wasting ALOT of money to do this trip if you want to snorkel or hang on the beach."
"We loved our trip to Dry Tortugas National Park! Snorkeling was great. We saw lots of different kinds of fish, some were brightly colored. The only ferry boat out to the fort is Yankee Freedom. We enjoyed our trip with them as well. It was an overall great experience!"
"Just an amazing spot on earth and highly recommend. The tour of the fort is awesome. Enjoyed the snorkeling and exploring the beaches. If you get there by boat, it is 7am to 530pm. Via seaplane is a 4 hour trip."
"You can take a ferry here for a day trip or camp overnight-and a day trip is definitely not enough to experience the beauty and tranquility of these islands. It honestly looms like a postcard in real life. It's got great history in the Fort, tropical fish for snorkelers, and has a lot of birds that migrate through here. Something for everyone! Don't forget your camera and binoculars :)"
"What a wonderful experience it was visiting Dry Tortuga. Dress to be out in the sun, wear a hat and use sunblock or you may regret it! On the day of my visit the water was calm, the weather was in the mid 70's and there was a slight breeze. The water was cool and crystal clear. Definitely gonna return for a few days of camping."
