"I came in because I heard good things. Everything I heard is true. Luis cut me and he was so on point. I watched everyone in there do their thing and everyone was very skilled. Kenny owns the place. He knows his stuff, and they all make you feel right at home. Seriously check ‘em out. Glad I did. Moved here couple months ago and got cut by 2 other places so far… now I found THE SPOT. Update: came for the second time and Erick made me feeling like a thousand bucks. So what I paid was nominal. Idk how these guys magnetically attracted but I haven’t seen anyone leave with a bad cut. "Walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged. Sat waiting for 10 minutes while they swept hair, barbers sat down and chatted with each other. I left to find a better barber shop. Pic is worth a 1000 words. -response to owner. I called ahead. check your cameras the phone rang while I was there no one answered any phone. I was there between 6:00 and 6:10 and you close at 7. right? Your employees should notify and greet anyone walking in. That's the standard in the service industry. "Hi, you getting a cut? It's going to be a min we're just students but the barber will help you soon" . Never been to a barber where I wasn't greeted and asked if I wanted a cut. Thank you for your response."
