"No one said hello to us when we walked in, no one even acknowledged us… 4 barbers were sitting with empty chairs, the place basically empty… My son always got his cut there when he was younger… he was very hurt and disappointed… My son is on the spectrum and didn’t understand why things changed over the years… We sat there for 40 minutes before we left… A walk-in came in and got seated right away… I’m not Hispanic but I speak and understand Spanish… Unfortunately they didn’t know that?"

"Stopped in to get a cut, barber was on FaceTime the whole time with his gf or wife. Barely acknowledged me at all, would clip hair for 2 seconds and immediately turn around to his phone to yell at the person he was talking to. Could tell the conversation was not going too well and then he would aggressively grab my head and and turn it all around, felt very disrespected. The other guys seemed to keep to their work and even saw a couple of them looking my way as if the barber I got does this more than just when I was there. Take pride in your work or stay home."
"Husband’s fade cut was done by Jovani himself and it turned out perfectly. Two other barbers also did an excellent job on my boys’ kid’s fade cut. Finally found a barber shop where all three cuts were perfect, 100%!!. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!"
