She has never let me walk out of the Bloomingdale location, looking anything less than perfect. I can’t say enough about her- the person she is- the job she does… she’s the best of the best! I send all my friends to her, and she hooks them up Everytime. Go and see her- you will not be let down!"

"Second horrible experience at this location. My husband took our son in July and Kristy butchered his hair. It was so bad, the back of his hair was cut diagonally and it looked chopped up. Today I took in my other son. He had an appointment with Amir. Amir looks at my son's hair and says she can't cut his hair because it is too thick. Her exact words "that white boy has hair too thick." (Umm that's a little racist, but whatever) So a short woman (Kristy) comes running out of the back (literally) and starts repeating in a loud New York accent "is it an upper cut or under cut?!?" Kristy decides she will cut my son's hair and teach Amir what to do with thick hair. Kristy then starts screeching "it grew an inch and half", repetitively. That was followed by instructing Amir on how Super Cuts, Fantastic Sam's etc cut hair and she isn't supposed to use guides but uses the guides. My son was so uncomfortable!! Needless to say, his haircut is uneven and looks off. $37 later we walk out with one of he worst haircuts my son has ever had. When I come home and tell my husband about what happened, he laughs and says Kristy is the one who gave our youngest son such a bad hair cut!! I highly suggest visiting another sports clips. This one obviously has no management or quality control and the staff has no experience. If Kristy is there RUN!!! And unless you are bald Amir is not a good choice. I realize finding people who want to work is hard, but if they don't know how to cut hair, maybe they shouldn't be there?"
