"Pros: clean, friendly residents, friendly staff, location is great/easy to get in and out of, dog friendly, seems to have nice pool (didn’t use it) and activities. Laundry room is clean and convenient. Cons: spaces are very close (no privacy), WiFi is horrendous (not sure why but be prepared) Fees are fairly comparable (and in some cases less expensive) than other 55+ communities."
"Great place to stay. The office staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. We were there for almost 5 months. Pet friendly with a dog park and a great place by the river to walk your pet. They keep the park clean and the landscaping is very nice. Nice laundry facilities. We would definitely return. If your going in the winter during season make sure you make your reservation early, fills up quick."
