"I have been going to Plan A since it opened. The staff are always professional, respectful and fun. Plan A goes above and beyond trying to have that "traditional" barber shop feel, but also allow for families as well. I have never had any issues scheduling and I know there's always a seat open if I need it. I will continue to support local business owners Kyle West, as he supports the local community with charities and events. A+"

"I really liked the place- I just got a new barber I guess. Super nice kid, but I was there with my son in the chair for a whole hour, and it still looked bad. I just told him I had to go, paid, and left. Then unfortunately, had to go to Great Clips immediately after to get it fixed. Each of the other guys there got through 2 ppl each by the time I left, and those customers all looked great when they left. I would say to go, but make sure you are getting a seasoned barber. I don’t know if one of the guys there was the owner, but I did wish someone would step in and help. I feel like this is a one off, but it still sucks for us. :)"
