"Flat top was butchered. Nicks in random places. Ned is a nice guy but his hands shake. Not his fault he’s elderly. but when cutting hair obviously it’s a problem. I thought he may have figured out how to compensate for it but he obviously hasn’t. He tried to free hand the flat top and it just didn’t work. I finally asked him to just buzz cut it but he thought he could fix it. He couldn’t. At that point I realized there’s nothing to do but just get it over with a leave. I’ll see another barber Monday to try and minimize the damage. I hate writing this because he seems nice. But I wish he would have told me he can’t do flat tops anymore and save me the aggravation of paying him $20 and then another barber to fix it."

"Went in to inquire about an advertised massage service on the front of the building. Was told no massage services available as no massage personnel were on staff and was given a phone number to call. Very disappointing. Should take service name off of the building."
