"Called to try and resolve a cost issue for a patient and waited on hold for 45 minutes before eventually hanging up. If a healthcare provider can't get through to speak to anyone I can't imagine how hard it must be for hundreds of patients to! If you're short staffed at least answer the phone and inform the caller of this instead of just putting them on hold time and time again."

"This location has a redbox outside, an ATM inside, and has propane. Great helpful staff at this location. Milk is cheap and usually on sale however it doesn't stay in stock very long. I've used the reward program for many years."
