"I forgot to ask my barber's name. He's the 23 year old guy with black hair. He did a great job with a machine and razor. I went from long curly shoulder length hair to a number 1 length. I've been here about 5 or 6 times and I prefer here over the other shop I went to in downtown Winter Haven. Barbers wear masks and use fresh razors."

"This barbershops owner is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I am also a local business owner and try to give business to other local business owners. I had an appointment at the shop at 9 AM I showed up and when it was my turn for the haircut I went up to Geraldo who normally cuts my hair and I was met by the barber who grabbed me on the shoulder and started pushing me back towards my chair and said that someone else was in front of me which was untrue. My biggest problem was that he used violence instead of a voice. I was so scared I didn’t know what to do and walked out as quickly as possible. Be very careful when going into this place I also see that he carries a gun which is a little scary. Violence is definitely never the answer"
