"Lovely paddle despite the traffic noise from 75. Well be back to walk the trail."
"Nice little park just off of the highway, but a very short path. The path leads to a nice water overlook. -dogs allowed on leash -paved parking -kayak launch -very easy trail"
"Nice short rustic Me and my wife took our dog for a walk today the weather was beautiful and the sun was out. With a few sitting areas to choose from this park would make a good place for a picnic or a short outdoor break. A little bit of rustic trail but easy to manage through. Have fun!"
"This was a stunning little park. It made for the perfect, quick little walk with the dogs and a few friends on a Monday off of work. It was easy to find, had an abundance of parking and an easy to find bathroom near the entrance. I think they normally charge for parking, but when we visited they had a note on the cash box saying they were temporarily not collecting the fees. The pathways were clean to walk on and someone even placed some dead palm frawns over mucky spots so your shoes don't get dirty. The trees and scenery in general were beautiful and vibrant. The waterways were calming with great views! The dogs had a blast and we think we might have seen an alligator surface is snout above water before going back down. Or it could have been a log lol but we are going to suck with gater! Great way to spend an hour or so!"
"At the junction of Bayshore and Route 75, this little oasis is tucked away behind Loves Truck Stop. Although you can hear traffic very close by, you do get to relax with the sites. Watch out in rainy season as trails can get flooded."
