"I went in the morning, and in the afternoon back! First of all, this is short of staff… then the manager who is the person who must show as a leader and a person who shows the example and respect to clients and her staff… she is unrespecfful, to the clientes! How a manager argued to a cliente and unrespect by telling that my perfume make her to have a difficult breathing… or that is really disgusting from a company or from the person who manage the store… wait there is more she’s don’t care if she has a huge line in the pharmacy which look like a dólar store…. It’s a mess !!! Walgreens need to take care of people they hire because with me today is one client less… people do not come to the pharmacy to get medication for free insurance company pay for it! There is more she do not like to take care of black and Hispanic people so racism … so, she is white and make one black girl she made the black lady work like slave…. So sad bey bey walgreens! "I wish I can give zero stars. There is a pharmacist there by the name of Manny. He has caused me to end up in the hospital twice. I am seeking legal action. He wouldnt let me get my medicine that I need every month. He said I needed a new doctor because my doctor was too far away. Even though my doctors top MD is Fort Myers (Manny’s pharmacy Walgreens in fort myers) it is literally my doctors boss that is in Manny’s area. I also received the texts that my medication was ready for pick up, just to waste money on an Uber and be told I can’t get it because Manny said no. Everyone in Florida knows how hard it is to get doctors out here, let alone referrals you need and appointments can take up to two months! Instead of helping me, they told me there WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I called my doctor to find out what to do, and they directly me to the Walgreens DOWN THE ROAD. Even the pharmacist at that Walgreens couldn’t believe what Manny was putting me through. They said it was absolutely ridiculous and I should call corporate. Also, if you try to call this Walgreens, FORGET IT! They will answer, put you on hold for 20mins and HANG UP. When you get to the pharmacy, please have 30mins to wait to even get your prescription. I will be continuing my legal action and help through my lawyers Walgreens corporate."

"I called the pharmacy this morning to see why a prescription that Humana said was submitted to Walgreens on 7/21/23 (2 days ago) has not been filled. I was placed on HOLD 5 times and then hung up on! Moving all my prescriptions elsewhere."
