Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Price Crossing

"Do not trust your health or your families health at this pharmacy. Absolutely the worst most rude pharmacy I have ever been to. They call to say medications are ready and they aren't. They take days to fill simple things like antibiotics and blood pressure medicine. Do not rely on the pharmacy for insulin or any other medication. I simply don't understand how publix can have such poor service."

"Rudest freaking people ever met. Ask a question and they hang up on you. Don't need service like that. There plenty of other companies out there willing to treat people will a little common decency !!!!"

"The pharmacy staff is rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service! I called this afternoon to confirm they got my rx from the Dr. I was told yes, but it won't be in until tomorrow, they don't have it in stock. When i asked if I could just get a couple because I'm completely out, she sounded irritated but said she'd check. When she returned to the phone she said they woul fill it with what they have. "But you need to give us time to get it ready!" This was at 3:38pm. I went to pick it up around 7pm and it was still not ready, the pharmacist had to check it and was on break. I got it about 10 min later for the full amount of 90 tablets. This is not the first time they've lied about not having a med in stock and having to wait for the delivery the next day. They do anything not to have to actually fill them at the store!! I will not use this pharmacy anymore for anything!! I'd rather pay a copay than deal with these people!!"

"Every time I have gone to this pharmacy the people are incredibly rude for no real reason. They also have messed up my prescription several times. I go this pharmacy out of convenience of its location although I do not recommend coming here. They are unprofessional and rude."

"This is actually a great pharmacy as long as Brandon is not working. Every other pharmacist and tech there has treated me with kindness, respect, and decency. For some reason Brandon has a problem with people and I'm not sure why. He's very rude, dismissive, and unlike every other pharmacist I've ever interacted with both at this location and others He's incapable of providing any information on the medicine he is filling and is never able to figure out when that medicine is going to be ready. He always tells me he is short staffed or that things are crazy and while I am sympathetic to crazy working conditions after a certain point it's not the customer's problem it's the companies. I'm sure he's a great guy but he is clearly not equipped to handle stress and is obviously disorganized. Perhaps a career change would make him happy?"
