"Came in on a Sunday to pick up my prescriptions because my doctor's appointment was on a Saturday. Three people back there and none of them knew how to process a workmans comp prescription card. I had all the claim and bin numbers and after 30 minutes of wasting my time told me they couldn't process it because they were trying to close and go home. So instead of going to work tomorrow in pain, i had to pay out of pocket. Please train your crew how to do workmans comp claims."

"Publix has always been the perfect experience until today. Today I went to the grove park Publix located in Lakeland and was very disappointed in the customer service I received. I spoke with a lady in the cake department, asking if Publix has a yellow cake or could make a yellow cake. She replied three times with “like vanilla”. After a few minutes of trying to explain the yellow cake to the employee I finally said thank you and walked away. I still did not get my question answered. I was embarrassed and a little humiliated by the employees facial expressions and replies. It made me feel stupid. As I walked away a customer stopped me and said I know what you are talking about there is yellow cakes just not at Publix. This was to be a special cake for my father-in-law who is a retired veteran. It was sad to get help from a customer instead of an employee. I also spoke with the customer service before leaving due to the bathrooms being in poor condition. The bathrooms were nasty and appeared as if they had not been attended to in a while."
