"I enjoyed, the water is crystal clear, everything was fine but it is a small place. I've got to get there 10min before opening, 8am, there was a line of cars already but no big deal, be aware that it gets full quite quickly, like any other Spring in Florida. It was convenient for me because I live close to it but if you don't, you rather getting up earlier and go to a bigger Spring."

"Great place to take a nature walk, sit, swim or throw a line in. Dont forget to engage in conversation with your park rangers. Park ranger Hunter was so charasmatic, polite knowledgable and just starting his career."

"Nice spacious sites, for primative camping - that is, no electric or water hookups, although there is water, flush toilets, and (cold) showers. Nice campfire ring, with 'eagle project' benches and picnic tables. Perfect for a scout troop or other youth camping. Plenty of tent space for 3 groups. Hiking the trials was enjoyable, as well as the springs for swimming or renting canoes and fishing. Lots of animals, birds, and native flora. ."

"Great location for Kayaking. It's 15 mile River and we are allowed to Kayak or canoe as long as we want. This spring has place to swim and water is clear (not crystal clear). Great place for kids to swim as the water is shallow. Not a great place for snorkeling."
