"Park Square has a culture of taking your money, violating contracts and knowing most people and organizations do not have the financial wherewithal to legally pursue them. Buyer beware, neighborhood beware. They significantly damaged Mirabay after Newland sold to them by not enforcing HOA rules, leaving the HOA broke and not fulfilling their promised contractual obligations. Instead they view contractual obligations as "negotiable" after the fact and beat the organizations down from what was obligated to some kind of negotiation. A specific example is they were to pay for an audit of the HOA upon exit, and instead aren't paying in full, but "negotiated" a partial payment for the audit. While Park Square Occupied the HOA board, they didn't want to spend to enforce the rules and violated the rules themselves and/or told new homeowners they could do things that are violations of the rules (that the new homeowners signed). Buyer beware, this organization culture is something to steer very clear of."

"Beware! Beautiful homes. But the representatives who sell the homes do bait and switches on potential buyers. Also don't tell potential buyers, get a feel of what you will get then say, oh you can't afford this or you won't be able to get this until 2023. Great salesmanship!"

"Waterset is literally my FAVORITE growing community. Lots of amenities, green space and lush landscaping. Builds are quality construction."

"Worse company in building community. Would highly recommend that people step away from this nightmare of a company. They employ people who don't speak English who come to your home and cannot communicate what they are supposed to do. They build homes with no diagrams or supervision. Basically they just build it wrong . Salespeople are not very knowledgeable. They lie and lead you astray. This company is a nightmare. Inconsiderate and just mean people . Highly recommend you stay away from them."
