"I had an appointment scheduled with Dillon at 5:15. Leaving work at 5pm, it said I would get there at 5:20pm. I called him right at 5pm and no answer. I also text him letting him know to no answer. I get to the barbershop and the barbers tell me he left early to be with his wife and that he may be sick. They also said he may pop in, meaning this guy is probably late a lot. I then text him saying I would have loved a courtesy text since I rushed through traffic. He then tells me he’s in the hospital with his daughter that has cancer and didn’t have reception. Then says even if I did get a haircut, he would never cut my hair again because I was late to my first appointment. Even though I notified him and it was only 5 mins. Judging by these comments people wait 2 hours for haircuts. If his daughter is truly sick I pray she gets better but my thought is he fed me a lie to make me feel bad. Either way, he would have known he couldn’t cut my hair and could have text me but didn’t."
"These guys are top notch. The owner is a professional. Music choices are a bit explicit so parents shoild be aware and let the barbers know before taking children not to expose them unknowingly. Otherwise amazing work!"
