"We live in a very selfish society. I went here today and spent almost $70 I gave the young man at the counter$40 cash and wanted to put the rest on my card. Why I get home and realize I use my card for the whole transaction. Instead of the young man telling me here's your money just let me leave. I went back to the store after leaving going way home to get my money back didn't even get an apology from him or the manager all I can do is say God help you dishonesty thieves liars will not enter the gate of heaven. At least an apology would have been nice."
"I have been coming to this Family Dollar for years! On Tuesday October 11th around 2:15pm I walked in and immediately noticed that everything was fully stocked, and organized to perfection….I was truly impressed and asked an employee did they hire a team to come and clean and organize the store…the lady laughed and said “no ma’am, my associates and I put in the work that you are seeing” Wow, just Wow! I mean when I say every product was perfectly placed and lined up, it literally looked like something off of TV. This was a memorable moment for me and for my community….Thank you to the Manager and Associates for working in excellence and bringing exceptional customer service to my community!"
"It says that this location closes at 10:00 pm. However they must close at 9:00 pm. Even the store hours located on the door says 10:00 pm. But I got there at 9:42 and they were closed and locked up."

"Most of the staff are amazing. I have noticed a difference since new managers have been their along with the cashier. She's always amazing. I wish people would follow her and the two new managers. They are always polite and never complaining.The store still needs work. My only complaint is the other cashier shows his butt when he comes in. And hes walked by me during their shift change and he smelled like alcohol."
