Family Dollar

"Store dirty nasty filthy. I went to get a few items and was there for 30 minutes. I want to get dove shampoo where was in the wrong area and the price stated that it was $6.50 and so when I get to the register it rang up $11.50. My budget was $20 so along with my other items it but my over my limit so I asked for the cashier to put back the dove along with two other items. The cashier was very slow and didn’t know how to cancel my items. So the manger stepped in to cancel my items but the this was such an inconvenience that I didn’t get my items. I would give this store a zero but that’s not an option. It is a shame that in the poorer or low income neighborhoods have to go into a dirty unorganized store where the employees clearly don’t care about their appearance or the customer."

"I came to Family Dollar to add $65.00 to my mobile phone refill card and the transaction was processed incorrectly (it seems partially because the card I had was for a Dollar General store only, unbeknownst to me at the time). I came in today to inform them that the amount was never credited to my card/account on the phone company's side. I didn't know if I was going to receive push-back because it was rung up on the receipt as a "lady's shoes" purchase. Shontavia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was at the store and with the help of an additional employee who was very helpful as well, they issued a refund quite quickly without a lot of hassle. Shontavia and her coworker found out relatively quickly what had happened and why, and were extremely helpful and polite. I wish more employees at more stores were as gracious and as helpful as the two of them. Thank you for your help ladies ❤️"

"This is my closest family dollar so I go this store a lot. It’s always verte organized and stocked up in almost every item. Usually very clean. The only negatives are some of the employee which are representing the company. Nate and Roya and Melissa per their name tags are usually smoking marijuana in the parking lot. I’ve walked up their registers about 2 or 3 times and the smell is unbearable. Miss Martha is a sweetheart been there since the store open, very profesional and likeable. Please take appropriate actions those employee are managers as they say and it’s the worst representation of your company."

"Very well stocked most of the time. Employees are not welcoming at all. The short black fat cashier is extremely rude. Never greets me nor thanks me when I'm unfortunate enough to end up in her line.. Allowed someone to jump me in line. Last time I had to tear off my own receipt from the register. She never reached for it. She treats me like this every visit."

"Cashier was very rude and called us scammers after using coupons to bring down our total. She then refused to sell us our products. Someone put her back in training until she understands how coupons work please."
