"I work in this plaza as a store manager and stopped in to get some supplies for a training activity. There is a homeless woman with a dog who spends time in this area. She is very nice, but in a difficult situation. When I was making my purchase yesterday 5/19/23, the cashier dramatically decided to lysol the entire front of the store and announce that she doesn’t think the homeless woman should be allowed in the store anymore because she smells. This lady was literally just buying food and minding her business. She said nothing to anyone and wasn’t being a burden. The cashier didn’t stop though, she kept going for the entire 10-15 minutes I was there, yelling about the homeless lady to no one and even had the audacity to talk over another customer who told her she was being rude. She was completely unprofessional and her attitude was so awful. I would be ashamed to have someone like that representing my company. I would be working open to close before i allowed a person to speak to my customers like that. another employee or maybe a manager stood by the whole time and said nothing. Horrible experience and dehumanizing behavior."
