"My experience at the pharmacy was the worst, I was trying to drop off and they toke a while to help out, one of the ladies named Cindy and two other, they were so rude and attitude for no reason, but the employees at front desk were helpful and nice."
"If I could leave negative stars I would!! This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever been too. I arrived at 7:15 pm to get my prescription that was called in, and waited till they closed at 9 pm for them to tell me I would have to come back tomorrow to get it. Frustrated because I asked at 7:30, 8 and 8:30 if it would FOR SURE be ready since I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours. The pharmacist was extremely rude and they all looked like they hated their job. If you can go to a different Walgreens. Save yourself the trouble and DONT GO TO THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY!!!! There was also at least 4 other customers I spoke with in the two hours I waited that were completely dissatisfied with their customer service!!! Walgreens pharmacy.. DO BETTER!!!!"
"This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy my husband uses them because this is the only one that he can get the meds he takes for a certain price we have tried to switch to a different Walgreens pharmacy but the medicine is alot more expensive and that’s even weird that the same company can have two different prices for medication‘s at two different pharmacies but that’s besides the point of his review he always has an issue picking up his they say they don’t have it. The doctor says they sent it over and then all the sudden somebody else can find the prescription in the system so tonight he went there and he asked for one of his medication’s he couldn’t afford to get the other one at the same time so they gave a him his script he paid for it and walked out to the car when he got to the car, he realize they gave him the one he didn’t want. He went back inside, and they refused to give him a refund for the one he didn’t want so he had to pay for both of them when he didn’t need the first one and couldn’t really afford to get it tonight. They told him he should’ve checked his prescription before he left but he was still on the property he only walked to the car and walked right back in don’t you think it’s the job of the cashier to make sure she’s handing out the right medication. What if she would’ve gave someone else’s medication to him it would’ve been his fault? I wish I would’ve been there to hear her say that this pharmacy needs new management in customer service training asap"
"I don't know what this specific Walgreens pharmacy has against caring for sick children (or anyone for that matter) but it has never been so difficult for me to get prescriptions before. My family and I moved to the area recently and our insurances changed. When our doctors asked where to send our prescriptions, I've always loved Walgreens, and had them sent to this one that was so close to our new home. This past weekend, I had my prescription sent here and the pharmacist told me that they still have to order it, but I can also get it over the counter at full price. It was very confusing and she wasn't being clear, so I figured I'd call my doctor and figure it out, she assured me that it was covered by my insurance and it was a prescription, not something I needed to get over the counter. I came back and a different pharmacist told me that my insurance wasn't covered by Walgreens, which is fine, I just dont understand why the first lady didn't just simply tell me that. My daughter has a different insurance, and I didn't want just that one pharmacist's mistake to stop me from going to walgreens forever, but the SAME exact thing happened tonight with my daughter's prescription. I had it sent over, I went to pick it up, the pharmacist said that it wasn't ready and for me to come back in 15 min. I went home, put my daughter to bed, waited for my fiance to come home from work, then went out a couple hours later to pick it up (should be ready by now, right?). The pharmacist I then spoke to (over the intercom, she didn't come to the window at the drive thru) told me that they dont even have my daughter in the system or any record of the prescription that the previous pharmacist said would be "ready in 15 min". I asked her if she could just please look again and send it to another pharmacy like CVS. Without a word, she hung up and I didn't know if she had even heard me or what. She came to the window and rudely told me again that they dont have any record. I asked her why the previous lady told me that they did have the prescription and she just ignored me and kept shaking her head. Finally, I just called CVS and they were very kind and said they would call to see if Walgreens would send it over. About 20 min later, I called back and was told that the pharmacist just kept saying there was no record. I'm just so disappointed at Walgreen's pharmacists lack of communication with each other, lack of honest information they give their customers, and lack of respect they show others when they're the ones who dont know what they're doing. Just simply tell me you dont cover certain insurances, and I will happily go elsewhere to care for my child. Instead, they wasted my time telling me to come back for literally no reason. BEWARE TO NEW CUSTOMERS!"
"Needed assistance finding Blistop, a topical spray that protects skin from blisters (great preventative for runners re shoe rub or tasks like shoveling). When I asked the pharmacy tech where it would be found she merely gestured and said, "Over by first aid." After looking a few minutes on my own I returned and asked if she could show me where she said, "Wait a minute." Then she disappeared in the back area of the pharmacy, never to be seen again. After waiting a few minutes I sought out a non-pharmacy employee who indicated they don't carry the product, which is bad enough, but the pharmacy tech's lack of interest in helping was extremely disappointing."
