"Worst experience at this gas station. Line of customers waiting to checkout and only one barely tolerable cashier with the other cashier saying she’s “busy” but in this industry “customer service is priority”. Had only asked for change (dollars to quarters) and also had a purchase. But this pale, light brown hair, light colored eyes female was RUDE as hell, no respect whatsoever. Was basically getting yelled at in front of other customers, embarrassing coming from an employee. I work in customer service myself and would never treat a customer as such. Would be glad if she got fired. But unfortunately, I know it won’t happen."

"Nothing convenient about this convenience store. Everyone works slow, whether there are 2 customers or 20, expect to wait at least 10 minutes. If the manager is working, expect her to never work and just stare at the long line of customers while she only staffs 1 cashier. And brush up on your Spanish, because chances are high they are taking trash about you or someone else in line."

"The cashier who claims to be the manager is consistently rude and disrespectful to patrons. I stopped going there several months ago. We had guests come from out of town. They went for coffee. There was none and when asked if they could make a pot the cashier/manager responded rudely that she didn’t have time. But it is 7-11. That is the point. According to franchise there should be coffee available all the time. This lady has abused the customers in this community too many times. It has been witnessed by many in our community. My daughter and I have witnessed and experienced it as well. Our guest remarked that they also saw a cockroach near the food as well. Time for new owners, managers and workers."
