"Very rude staff and managers. I'm a driver for Amazon and have a bottle of warm water. I asked politely if I could get a small cup with a little bit of ice for my water and they told me I had to pay for it. I told them I didn't have change. They said "take it, just don't do it again!" Unreal...that's all I can say."

"The worst!! I repeat the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life in the customer service industry. The cashier was extremely extremly rude and major thug attitude, just for expressing a small concern. Extremely rude to me and my employees. I've been in the customer service for many many yrs and I have never treated any of my customers that way or anyone for that matter. I dint see her name tag if not I would had posted it. But trust me when I say is not needed. Just look for your thug wanna be employee. Inwas there at 8:40am. A Lil customer service goes a long way. Thank for the great start of my morning :) what a desaponting and so unprofessional. Feel bad for the veteran owner. Keep your employees in check. I will never come here again."
