"Review update: I was able to speak to a nice lady at the location and was fully refunded. She showed me wonderful customer service. I had to up my star rating. My disappointment is on the owners and corporate. They need to keep their website updated and their stores stocked with the best supplies so that they can create quality products. Original review: I received a call today from a girl that worked in the Riverview location. I spent $77 to send my mom a gift for her birthday. She called to tell me that they were out of a lot of stuff so we worked together to design something new for my mom, instead of me asking for a refund which is what I should have done. She also told me she would have flowers delivered with it, she did not. I want a refund. I will never order from them again and highly recommend you don’t either."
"Well, here I go. i placed an order on December 22, 2023, to be delivered on December 24th it is 4:30 pm, and i haven't received it yet. I checked the time that they are open, and they closed at 4 pm. What kind of business are you guys running. I ordered from this location about 2 years ago and it had the same problem, i thought this problem was fixed but what i see is that these businesses needs to be reported to a corporate to see if we the customers can get the job done. Please, i left a message on the phone to call me back. Your business will charge the money quickly, but your service is the worst. If you are not happy running this business, sell it or change your employees because you are not serving your customers with the correct timeframe deliveries. And the one star is because there is no zero star. Google needs to fixed that. As of december 27 i received my Edible Arrangement and the fruits were not the ones i ordered, no postcard with message was included and the size of the container was not the right one. I proceed to call the store and i got a reinbursment couple days later. Will not order edibles ever again in my life."
"I order from Edible Arrangements for family members all over the US. This is the first time I ordered from the Riverview, Florida location for friends who live in the same town. They did not deliver the order on time. As of now, 7 pm Christmas Eve, my friends have not received the order that should have been delivered yesterday. I understand that this is a very busy time for them. However, neither my friends nor I received a message that they cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner. I tried to call them several times and I couldn’t reach anybody. I also called the Edible Arrangements toll free number in their national headquarters. I was told delivery will happen today but that didn’t happen. Canceling the order is not an option since the arrangement is supposed to be a Christmas present. This is very disappointing. Edible Arrangements should stop advertising for next day delivery if their stores cannot fulfill them. That’s false advertising. They have to get rid of stores that consistently get bad reviews. Update: Our friends received a message at 8:30 pm via text (in Spanish) Christmas Eve that the delivery person cannot leave the present since my friends left their house to attend a Christmas party. It’s a good thing my friends speak Spanish so they understood the message. What would have happened if they didn’t speak Spanish. On December 26, they called the Riverview location and were told they can pick up the gift instead of getting it delivered. My friend said the store was a mess- they were so confused about the orders. They couldn’t find it at first then they were given a plate. My friend texted me that they received the order and took a picture of what they received. To my chagrin- what they received was completely different compared to what we ordered. I am attaching a picture of what they were given and a picture of what we paid for. It does not even come close. I was so livid and called the main EA customer service. They connected me to the branch and I spoke to somebody there who told me that their manager will call me for a refund. I eventually spoke to a manager from EA in Clearwater. She was covering for the Riverview manager who was on vacation. They gave me a refund and apologized for all the trouble. She asked for a picture of what was given to my friends and she couldn’t believe it. She said she will elevate the issue and make a report to the main EA office. Apparently, she received plenty of complaints from the Riverview location. Note that this rating is ONLY for the Riverview location. We received an EA present from a friend and it was ordered at the North Tampa location. Though it was delivered later than promised, the order was correct, fresh and beautifully done. Lesson for next year- do not believe Edible Arrangements when they promise same or next day deliveries during the holidays. They get so busy they do not have enough people to create and deliver the orders in most of their locations."
"Placed an order that was a complete disappointment. 1. The order was delivered late 2. I ordered a card, but was told after calling to check on the status of the late order, that the printer was broken and they couldn't make the card 3. I received a picture of the order from the recipient, and it literally looks like a 6yr old threw something together. Nothing like the picture that was advertised Anyone ever see the baking show "Nailed It!"? Smh... you pay too much money for the presentation to look like THIS"
"*UPDATE 08/27/23* I would like to thank Kat the new supervisor who called me the next day after I reported the horrible experience I had with this store. She was very polite, understanding and was willing to make up their service and experience. She gave us the refund and resent me a second make up arrangement after this incident and I really appreciated that gesture. Thank you Kat for your amazing customer service and taking the time to call us back! I am very glad to hear they renewed their store team and are looking forward to offering the best service and quality. --------------------------------------------- Terrible experience. My family sent me a birthday tray with no balloon (they charged her $6.00 for it), no card and handwritten to and from in a white sheet of paper with a highlighter! Horrible I really expect a refund."
