"I was lied to from the pharmacy today that I had to book an appointment online. I checked the vaccines I wanted (Flu-65 and over) and Covid 19, selected my State (Florida) and County, Pinellas (St Petersburg) and got this message: No pharmacies are available in Pinellas (St. Petersburg) for the selected service(s). Another reason I hate Publix."

"Today I had the worst encounter ever at a Publix. We love shopping there because of the great Publix people. The pharmacy people have always been helpful, kind, and caring. Something changed. I went to get a prescription, gave my name and birthdate, and the Lady acted like I was a great bother. She flipped around to go get the prescription that was pre-paid and ask me something while slurring her words. I did not understand what saying, so I asked her, excuse me, what did you say? That seemed to perturbed her and she said sternly, what’s your address? I didn’t know if she meant billing address, home address, or Florida address. So I ask her my address here? “Yeah.” So I told her and she seemed to toss my bag,, then flipped around and said nothing. Poor girl, maybe she got some bad news or some thing and is taking it out on Publix customers. I don’t know, but it sure doesn’t do a great store, Publix, any good. I was stunned at her attitude. (and I don’t write bad reviews. This is about the first.)"

"First of all I requested a refill that has refills available on a medication that still has yet to be filled going on three plus days, then important medications prescribed from the emergency room were not filled same day. Needless to say I have transferred from this pharmacy. Very disappointing."
