"Yesterday I went to Family Dollar story I brought my own bags the cashier lady said that I have to bag my own stuff I'm like really when did you all become Save-A-Lot I said the other Family Dollar stores they still do my stuff why can't y'all. She say oh I didn't know how you wanted it. I say anyway is fine."

"So I came to this Family Dollar this morning which is Sunday and I had to buy some items and I wanted to use the restroom so I went to the restroom and the seat was full of urine it was so disgusting so I walked out of the restroom and I saw some Pine-Sol cleaner sitting on the shelf so I got the Pine-Sol cleaner and I put it on some toilet paper and I wipe the seat because I was not going to sit on the seat like that and I'm not a good squatter so long story short when I got done doing my business there was no soap in the bathroom for me to wash my hands so I go to the front counter and I ask the female attendant can I please have some soap for the bathroom because there's no soap in there she shrugs her shoulders and say oh well you going to have to wait because they have to fill that thing up so I'm sitting up here like okay but I need to wash my hands like I just use the restroom and I really want to wash my hands. I asked her where is the dude that was up here with you she says I don't know maybe he in the stock room so I walked all the way to the back of the store to the stock room and I asked him I said excuse me can I please have some soap so I can wash my hands he then asked there ain't no soap in the bathroom? I'm like no so I'm thinking to myself that's the reason why I'm asking you for some soap so he goes to the bathroom area goes into the men's bathroom and grab the soap out of the men's bathroom and hand it to me so I go back to the women's bathroom and wash my hands they have a blow dryer in there that you know blows your hands so they can get dry well it was very weak like barely coming out so I came out of the bathroom my hand still wet and I see some brown paper towels sitting on the shelf I grab the brown paper towels and dried my hands and on my way out the door I said have a great day guys. This location needs some work because it was 10:30 in the morning it doesn't make any sense for the bathroom to be that filthy that early in the morning that tells me that before the shift left last night they did not clean the bathrooms or the people that are working today or not checking the bathroom on the schedule that it should be checked there are a lot of customers coming in and out of this location so you should check the bathroom often to make sure that is clean it is so disgusting going into a bathroom and urine is all over the darn seat it makes no sense I understand that you may not have put the urine there but your job as a store attendant you should make sure that you are checking the restrooms regularly to make sure that they are clean for when customers come in to use them and customers please wipe the seat off after you get done using the restroom it is so disgusting when someone comes in there to use the restroom and there's urine everywhere it's not that hard you made the mess so you clean it up period. I'm rating 2 stars because they should keep the restroom clean and because they were acting so nonchalant about the situation as if I was asking for too much just to get some soap to wash my hands like who uses the restroom and not wash their hands like I don't know about nobody else but you need to keep your hands clean period."
