"Parking lot was filthy. Cashier talked on personal phone call during checkout."
"Probably the most dangerous and unkempt store I’ve ever been in. There’s nothing on the shelves there’s boxes all over the floors in the stores you cannot move around the store because of the stocking that’s going on continuously I don’t know why because people are not paying for nothing they shoplifters just randomly walk in take what they want and walk out, the neighborhood around the store is completely sketchy the homeless hanging around the front living around the back Constantly bothering customers, people walking around, blatantly inside, selling their food stamps for cash as people come in and out if you ignore them, they follow you to the end of the parking lot. The fear of being robbed or held up is enormous. The front doors were completely broken out and covered with plywood. Every time they replace them somebody knocks them out with a brick for retaliation of not allowing them to the shop lift or hang around the store. It’s dangerous it needs to be closed. they no longer serve or sell any type of wine or beer products they cannot keep them on the shelf again the homeless just walk in take what they want and walk out. Don’t go to that store. Stay safe stay away."
"The store always looks disheveled and like a work in perpetual process. When stock comes in it needs to be put away timely and not left in boxes and in aisles blocking things you are trying to get to. If I was to move something and hurt myself the site witless be liable. Please do better. It's not a pleasure to shop in caos."
"DON'T SHOP HERE!!! IT'S THE WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!! I DON'T GIVE IT NO STARS!!!!!! This is the worst family dollar ever!!!! Shelves are always empty...nothing in stock. Line is always long. And to top it off the employees are rude and the managers are the worst. They need to learn customer service. I'm a server and I deal with the public all the time and this is not how you treat customers. I will make sure to drive out of my way to go somewhere else cause if this and I live two min from here. So so sad!!!!"
"The cashier was very friendly and attentive to a very long line of customers . However the female who appeared to be the manager seemed to not immediately care about the number of customers in line. When i finally got to the register the cashier was in the process of attempting to complete my refill propane purchase when the manager interrupted and said i need to take the empty propane tank outside. I complied immediately and returned. This manager then told the cashier not to ring me up. She became argumentative and disrespectful, so i replied in kind and left. I just relocated to this this area and expected a better and more proffesional response from a person in charge."
