"Cole hates his job. I returned to the store for a refund on an item that wrong ip wrong. He blamed the cashier saying she should have noticed. He never spoke to me except to ask me if I had the card from the purchase. Never apologized. He had a complete attitude from the moment he walked from the back room carrying chips to walking to the counter where his Pepsi was. Never acknowledging me. Employees kept apologizing to him, like they did something wrong. He has zero customer service skills in a leadership position."
