Marsh Memorial Park,

"First time here. On search of something to do with the kids.Very tiny playground. Needs to be updated for safety. Playground itself not shaded. Extremely hot. Lots of traffic with boaters ( went on a Saturday late afternoon) There are some shaded picnic/ bench areas. After checking out the actual playground kept kids on swings. Much safer. There are two toddler swings and two regular swings as well as a couple bench swings around the park."

"Nice quiet park. There's a lot to do in this small park. They have a wide boat ramp (slight dropoff) with docking for a couple of boats and ample parking, the canal is a short straight run to the lake. Restrooms (I've never had to use them). There's a walking trail that starts over by the boat ramp and meanders through the wooded area and eventually leads out at the parking area for the playground. I've seen eagles (see my video), hawks, and owls on the trail. There are placards along the trail for information on vegetation. A great little 'hike' for parents with kids. The playground has plenty of room for kids to go crazy and have fun. It may not the most modern, but it does it's job. The rest of the park area is under oak trees that provide a canopy that lets the sunlight filter through. The ground is covered in beautiful dark green grass."

"Nice, shady, some spots have tables & garbage cans. Outhouse style bathroom, boat ramp, several different parking spots. I love the trees in this park! Only issue I had was the mosquitoes. They love me and eat me to pieces!"

"Nice small park with boat launch, playground area and half a basketball court. I only saw one hiking trail, but it was flooded. Plenty of parking available. Restrooms do not have running water or sink to wash hands. Toilet are compost."

"Amazing little Tranquil Park with basketball court, playground, restrooms and the biggest part free boat launching. This place is also accessible to RVs and things have larger nature for picnics or a nice family time."
