"I recently placed an online order for pickup, after I always call just to double check that everything came through the computer properly. It's 2024, we all know sometimes the system can be slow or not properly go through. I talked to the Deli and the young lady that helped me hung up on me twice. The first time I thought it was an accident, and after the lady took down my order (after it not being in their system) before I could finish asking her if she needed any more information she hung up on me. After I pick up this order I do not think I will use Publix Deli any more for my orders. How Frustrating is it to call just to check on something to be treated so rudely and poorly? I would rather take my services else where."
"We go here all the time. We live close by. This is a Great store with a parking garage so in rainy weather you are fine! My only complaint would be that we used to be able to talk to and use a butcher but not now. All the meat is pre packaged. And occasionally you can't find everything here! But it is clean convenient and the people are wonderful!"
"Should Publix have the ability to duplicate their deli worker, Destiny, they would unquestionably secure the title of the finest supermarket worldwide! Additionally, Joey, her supervisor, exhibited remarkable attentiveness. I am truly grateful for the exceptional level of care and customer service they delivered during a particularly hectic time of day."
"Even though you need to take an escalator or elevator into the store, it's still quick. Also my back was going out & there was a plugged in & charged electric cart ready to go on the parking lot level in front of the elevator. The elevators are huge so you can maneuver an electric cart in them with no problem even if there are other people in it."
"Super clean and the staff was super nice! The prices are high but I feel like the prices of groceries are high everywhere. They did have good sales though! Tons of buy one get one free stuff! We are here from out of town so I thought that we would have to sign up for their shopper card but we did not! They honored the sales with no shopper bonus card that's pretty awesome! Also this grocery store has a parking garage on top of it and then you take an escalator down into the store. That's pretty cool. When our GPS said that we were there it was hard to distinguish that it was a grocery store from the outside."
