Reviews
"Great store selection, wide variety of products, friendly staff."
"Family Dollar is great. The manager Irene helped us out with a community outreach there. She really cares about the community!"
"The young lady working behind the counter was very friendly and kind. I could tell she was uncomfortable with a number of homeless people hanging out both inside the store and out. I have to give it to her; she has a lot of guts to be working under such cotcumstsnces. Her smile was a bit strained, but real."
"Good prices (naturally) and lots of stuff!"
"I see a number of reviews noting how rude the staff are at this location. While a few of the staff are friendly, it is true that most are usually rude and unpleasant, and some will actively ignore you if you greet them upon entering or checking out. Unusual disagreements between cashiers and customers are not uncommon. For me, the straw that broke the camel's back was when I went to get milk and the cashier deliberately ignored me even though I was the only person in line...so I'm standing there with a quart of milk on the counter waiting for them to decide if they feel like scanning it or not. That was so uncomfortable that I haven't returned since, and don't intend to."
