Family Dollar

"I go here all the time just to grab a few items the workers and clerks recognize the regulars always greet you and treat you like family.This grew from August of 2023 until now been solid I love this family dollar. Also they be having the best sales on variety of items especially after the holidays and they know the store and I can ask any worker questions about a product and they give the information as second nature."

"I got yelled at because I did not read the sign and pushed the bell before the cashier would come to the register we had made eye contact when. I walked past it while he was on in the aisle. I told him I was done and then he yelled at me. Read the sign once I rang the bell and then the chairman goes now. You got my attention and I'm like well. I thought we made eye contact and because that doesn't matter. You got to follow the sign. I will never go back to that store again worst cashier ever."

"How can they have such cheap prices?!? Sell expired items (expired 15SEP21 - today is 22NOV21), of course. This is not the first time I have found expired products on their shelves. Always check the date...and shop at your own risk! (I just came in for milk)."

"Not bad at all. This is a brand new Family Dollar and I must say that the employees are exceptional. Every time I've walked through the door, I was greeted with "Welcome to Family Dollar." It seems these employees were trained by someone who cares about customer relations. The store is well stocked. If the line starts building up, another associate promptly opens another register. I haven't detected an attitude from any of the employees thus far. EDIT: I gave them 5 stars before my edit. They have a sneaky way of watching to see if you're trying to steal something by entering the same isle you're in and pretending to arrange items on the shelves."

"This Family Dollar Store is the absolute worst Store. It Statrs on the door and receipt That they Except Checks. This is In correct. Why Advertise it then. The Manager/Cashier is Rude. I had bought all my items with the Store Smart Coupon. When I was finished checking out I simply asked "How much did I Save"? Very Rudely she replied Nothing. I indicated to her how can that be when everything on my list was from the Smart Saver? She acted like It was a bother and took the next customer which was my mother. I am in the a wheelchair and was trying to exit the store. She didn't Assist me or Help im Anyway. I struggled to get the door open . I feel like I was treated unfairly and Discriminated. Iwill be Seeking my Attorney for this matter. No one should be treated like that and other Employees we're there and did Not Assist in Any way. It wasn't even busy. The Employees just stood there and watched. This Action will be Addressed to Corporate Office. And my Attorney Will be Contacting the Corporate Office and the BBO. I have been in this store before and Employees we're doing Nothing. On the phone playing music talking about people. Bringing their problems to work. Using Foul Language when Customers are in the Storeing people come hangout while working. If that is what you call work and they are getting paid for it I know A lot of people that are looking for a job and they are dedicaded workers. If they like to Gossip while at work. I'm sure The Waffle House will be a Better Environment fot them to Gossip. Family Dollar Store Needs Tighten Rules. This is Rediculous! Very Dissatisfied Customer"
