"If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife asked for the bathroom key and the cashier couldn't speak no English and said oh no no bathroom then proceeded to speak Spanish to her. First off we are in America and we are Americans we refuse to learn gibberish."

"The district manager needs to update the time they close, it's highly inconvenient for customers that it's advertised on Google that they close at 10pm but this is the second time I come about 7pm and they are closed. Please update the store hours or keep losing business to Family Dollar across the street."

"I try to avoid this store at all cost! The management here needs some serious adjustment. The tall black manager is very unprofessional & rude. She has her little short boy friend lingering around the store while she works. Higher management should replace most of the employees here. They don’t even give people a chance. & I’ll never forget the day an employee named Soraya a while ago took my discount toilet paper out of my cart for herself. & said it was prepaid by another customer & they would be back to pick it up but it was on the sales floor. I’ll never shop here again! Terrible store."

"The manager Juan is awesome, helpful and has exceptional customer service skills!!!! He is ALWAYS very friendly and has a warm smile @ all times. Juan makes you feel like you are walking into his home!. I ALWAYS receive a, "Good morning, good evening or Hello" followed by, 'Welcome to Dollar General". As l am checking out, Juan smiles again and asks, "Have you found everything you need?". Thank you for having him as a Manager. In closing, l would like to nominate Juan for Employee of the Month. It's an award he deserves for his hard work and dedication."
