Reviews of Flatwoods Park - Bruce B Downs Entrance
"Nice place to ride your bike (mostly) or stroll along the path (have a hat and plenty water because if you’re walking it, it definitely feels extremely hot during the summer days) Lots of flora & fauna to spot, appreciate, and respect; it has become a must ever so often when in need of a good biking trail path."
"Good place for any mode of recreational travel - walk, hike, bike, rollerblade etc. Not very covered along the main path but several water stations."
"I love visiting this park. It feels like you are away from civilization and just be in touch with nature for a little while. The wild life is nice to watch and they seem to feel safe, and just the beauty if the trails and how well taken care of the place is. I’d recommend it anytime to take some time out from the city and just relax here for a bit."
"Excellent place to Rollerblade, bike, walk, or run. The 7-mile loop has water stations but make sure to bring your own water in a refillable bottle. In the FL heat you'll need it!"
"This is a well maintained and run park. Tip: Take a picture of the map, they do not have paper maps to carry! Plenty of trails, paved and dirt. There is a main 11 mile, one way, loop which is great for running and cycling. There are plenty of water stations and shade every couple of miles. Come and enjoy nature!"
